Day after Christmas, 2014 - Note to Self (Paul)

Mom, Etta Marie, as usual gave generous Christmas gifts to her progeny.  She wrote to me that it would give her great joy to know that I'd remain close to family after she's gone.  She's 85 years old and conscious of death's nearness, I guess.  I don't want to forget her note and her wish. May God save her.  St. Stephen, the church's first martyr, looked up to heaven as he was being stoned and saw God and Jesus at God's right side.  This God is good and kind.
